Jokes apart...but I am very happy with my current progress. In general I don't expect more than 2 kg a month so weekly. 5 is good enough for me. Given that I am eating all the yummy food & still loosing weight is amazing. Yes yes your progress is also excellent. Specially sugar is under control. Sugar is very well below the mark
